Policies

Appointment and cancelation policy

Booking an appointment means accepting these policies.

Why we hold appointments

Cancelations

A credit card is required to secure any appointment. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50 percent of the cost of the service. Appointments missed without a call are treated the same way.

Your appointment is reserved for you, and the time is scheduled to fit the treatment properly. When an appointment is missed without notice, that time cannot be given to anyone else. Holding to these terms is what keeps availability open for you and for everyone else booking with us.

If you are late, we will do as much of your treatment as the remaining time allows, and your appointment will still end on schedule so the next patient starts on time. For some treatments, being late means we will need to rebook you.

Before your appointment

What to tell us

Please tell us if you have any health conditions or physical limitations, are taking any medication, have allergies (including to medications or to fruit), or are pregnant. Tell us when you book or when you arrive, whichever is sooner. This changes what we can safely do, and sometimes changes which treatment we recommend.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks with ID. Returned checks carry a minimum fee of $35. All sales are final. Prices are subject to change. Gift certificates are non-refundable and expire one year from purchase.

In the treatment rooms

Quiet on purpose

We ask that children do not come with you to your appointment, and that phones are silenced. The rooms are quiet on purpose.

If anything here is a problem for you, call 770.695.0308 before you book and we will talk it through.
