A practice, not a storefront
Face Haven has been treating patients in Dunwoody for over a decade. It is owned by Ben and Jill Post, and Jill is also one of the licensed providers who work here, which means the person who set the standard is also the person holding to it in a treatment room.
“I grew up down the street, and we were raising our family a minute away, so we already knew the neighborhood well,” says Ben. “It was clear Jill was good at skincare, and I knew people loved to be around her, so we kinda built around that.”
What has not changed in that time is the shape of the place. Every provider works inside their own license: nurse practitioners for injectables, medical aestheticians for facials, and licensed assistant laser practitioners for laser work. No one here performs a treatment they are not licensed and trained for.

The people
Your first visit
Almost every first appointment starts the same way, with a provider looking closely at your skin and asking what has been bothering you. On a facial that skin analysis is part of the treatment. For injectables it is a consultation in its own right, because product and dose are decided in the room rather than picked from a list.
Expect to be asked about your medical history, any medication you are taking, allergies, and whether you are pregnant. Expect to be told what a treatment involves and what it asks of you afterward, before it begins.
You will also be told when a course makes more sense than a single session, and roughly what that course looks like. We would rather say that at the first visit than at the third.
