Every Environ treatment opens with a skin analysis, so the first few minutes are conversation rather than treatment. What follows depends on what your aesthetician finds. A deep cleanse and micro-exfoliation. A cool peel, where the vehicle is a gel or a cream rather than an acid. A penetrant-enhancing masque. LED light therapy to finish. The Oxygeneo treatment is documented as having no downtime.

Microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries that start the body's natural healing process and its own collagen production. Face Haven Signature Needling uses a sterile single-use medical roller carrying 192 needles, and covers face and neck.

PRX-T33 is a current-generation TCA formulation (33 percent TCA with kojic acid and hydrogen peroxide) that works without the peeling and downtime older peels involve. It is done on its own or together with microneedling, as Microneedling Plus PRX.

Because microneedling and PRX-T33 rely on a healing response rather than an immediate change, the published guidance is a series of three to six sessions. Your provider will tell you which treatment suits your skin, and will say so if the answer is that you should start somewhere gentler.

After microneedling, wait 24 hours before wearing makeup. Mineral makeup can be worn after most facials and laser treatments.

Ionix Light and Myolift are both Advanced Facials, done on the same machine using different functions. Ionix Light is a 90 minute treatment and Myolift is 75 minutes.
